This is Just Caulfied, the digital home of Michael Caulfield MSc, the renowned HCPC Registered UK Sports Psychologist with over 30 years of experience in Sport, Business and Academia as well as a lifetime of experiences to share. 

After fifteen years as Chief Executive of the Professional Jockeys Association (PJA), Michael retrained as a Sports Psychologist. His time working with an exceptional group of sportsmen and women made it clear that athletes, managers, coaches, executives, and professionals in almost any field, benefit from the support needed to perform at their best and navigate the wide range of challenges life presents.
